Our team of experienced production engineers specialise in the evaluation of original designs, identifying potential problems and providing recommendations to ensure time and cost savings in manufacture.

Once identified, we work with you to provide suggested amendments to original drawings to support a process of value engineering. Using Edgecam, Siemens NX and Vericut software, we can develop a bespoke process design including custom tooling and fixtures and product prototyping.

We have established this process across a range of industries including: aerospace, defence, civil nuclear, marine and power generation.
